Cependant, ces mati\u00e8res <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">omnipr\u00e9sentes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ont envahi notre quotidien; emballages, sac en plastique, bouteilles, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accessoires de cuisine, moyen de transport, fibres de nos v\u00eatements etc\u2026\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et ce probl\u00e8me de surconsommation est mis en \u00e9vidence. Le plastique met des centaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es \u00e0 se d\u00e9grader et se retrouve ainsi dans nos oc\u00e9ans sous la forme de fines particules. Entra\u00een\u00e9s par les courants, ces plastiques se rejoignent notamment au milieu du pacifique et au fil des ann\u00e9es tuent de plus en plus d\u2019animaux marins et d\u2019oiseaux.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est donc urgent de trouver une alternative \u00e0 ces plastiques polluants ! Et les bioplastiques, biomat\u00e9riaux semble \u00eatre de belles solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>C&#8217;est quoi un bioplastique?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le terme bioplastique d\u00e9signe deux types de mat\u00e9riaux ; d\u2019une part les mati\u00e8res plastiques bio-sourc\u00e9es et de l\u2019autre les mati\u00e8res plastiques bio-d\u00e9gradables. Attention un mat\u00e9riau bio-d\u00e9gradable ne veut pas dire qu\u2019il est forc\u00e9ment bio-sourc\u00e9es, de m\u00eame un mat\u00e9riau bio-sourc\u00e9 ne veut pas dire non plus qu\u2019il est bio-d\u00e9gradable !<br \/>Pour cr\u00e9er un bioplastique, nous avons besoin d\u2019un biopolym\u00e8re pour la r\u00e9sistance, d\u2019un plastifiant pour la flexibilit\u00e9, d\u2019un solvant pour la solubilit\u00e9 et d\u2019additifs pour l\u2019esth\u00e9tique (facultatif).<\/p>\n<p>Pour un bioplastique \u00e0 base d\u2019amidon de ma\u00efs:<br \/>L\u2019amidon de ma\u00efs sert g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, il se compose de cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires tr\u00e8s longues dont un grand nombre se ramifie. Pour pouvoir en faire du bioplastique, il faut chauffer l\u2019amidon avec du vinaigre. La r\u00e9action chimique provoque la \u00ab s\u00e9paration \u00bb des branches lat\u00e9rales. Il en r\u00e9sulte alors des longues cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires d\u2019amidon. La glyc\u00e9rine permet elle, le maintien constant du niveau d\u2019hydratation, et permet l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 du bioplastique. L\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 du bioplastique d\u00e9pend de la dose de glyc\u00e9rine ; une grande quantit\u00e9 de glyc\u00e9rine rendra le bioplastique tr\u00e8s souple, au contraire une faible quantit\u00e9 de glyc\u00e9rine le rendra dur et donc surement plus fragile.<\/p>\n<p>Liste non-exhaustive:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ou trouve t-on de l&#8217;amidon ?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
